Privacy Policy for TradeStack

TradeStack ("the App") is a jobsite calculator app developed by Batish Qureshi ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data the App does and does not collect.

1. No account required

The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information (name, email address, phone number, etc.) to use it.

2. Data stored locally on your device only

All data you enter into the App — calculator inputs, saved calculations, your unit preference (Imperial/Metric) — is stored locally on your device only, using standard Android app storage. This data:

  • Is never transmitted to us or to any third party
  • Is never uploaded to any server we operate (we do not operate any server — the App has no backend)
  • We have no access to it at any time

Uninstalling the App, or clearing its storage from Android's App Info settings, permanently deletes this data.

3. No analytics or tracking

The App does not use any analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not collect usage statistics, crash reports, or any information about how or how often you use the App.

4. Advertising

The App may display ads served by Google AdMob to support free use of the App. When ad-serving is active, Google may collect and process data such as your advertising ID and general device information to serve and measure ads, governed by Google's own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can review and adjust ad personalization settings in your device's Google Settings at any time.

5. In-app purchases

The App offers an optional "Remove Ads" auto-renewing subscription, processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not receive, see, or store your payment details — Google Play handles the transaction directly. We only receive confirmation of whether your subscription is active, which is stored locally on your device to control whether ads are shown to you.

6. Permissions

The App requests internet access solely to support the advertising and in-app purchase functionality described above. No other device permissions (camera, location, contacts, storage, microphone, etc.) are requested or used.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties, because we do not collect any data ourselves. Any data processing performed by Google (AdMob, Play Billing) is governed by Google's own privacy policy, linked above.

9. Data retention and deletion

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you control it directly — clear the App's storage or uninstall the App at any time to delete it. There is no account or server-side copy to separately request deletion of.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this same URL with an updated effective date.
